Mr. Johns started Vision TRE, Inc. in 1998 after leaving as Manager of an Intranet Marketing Group at MCI Telecommunications.  During his 10 years at MCI he worked in development, methodology consulting, technology planning, data communications, web design, and internet protocol technology.  He managed activities between MCI, Microsoft, British Telecom, Concert, and other vendors partnering in the development of one of the first intranet portal products.  At the merger of MCI with WorldCom, Mr. Johns left and started Vision TRE, Inc.  From 1998 till 2000, Vision TRE, Inc. provided website design and strategic internet and intranet consulting for companies like Oglethorpe Power, and EMS Technologies.  

In November of 2000 Mr. Johns discontinued Vision TRE, Inc. and was hired as Corporate Director of Web Strategy at EMS Technologies in Norcross Georgia .  There he created an implemented a strategy that took this global conglomerate of 5 businesses with 5 different websites and consolidated them into today's website appearance of one large company.  He was promoted at EMS to Corporate Director of IT Services with global responsibilities for all information technologies.  In this capacity Mr. Johns used his experience in data communications at MCI to directed the replacement of an expensive global frame relay network with an internet based VPN network saving $50k per month, created a VPN secured wireless network a EMS facilities globally, restructured the IT department into globally distributed functional teams, managed the testing of satellite internet access projects in Europe and Norcross, and directed implementation of a manufacturing inventory control system that tracked products from manufacturing to warehouse and to customer site.  At EMS Mr. Johns also implemented a global intranet portal using MS SharePoint.  This was noted by AMR Research as one of the best implementation of SharePoint that they have seen. This corporate portal serviced over 1000 employees in the U.S. , Brazil , Canada , and Europe .

In December of 2003 Mr. Johns left EMS Technologies to renew Vision TRE, Inc. with a new focus on strategic consulting and offshore outsourcing.   His technical and global experience at EMS Technologies, MCI Telecom, and the U.S. Foreign Agricultural Service are focused now on helping mid-size and large corporations benefit from a global source of knowledge and skills.

Mr. Johns is a graduate of Howard University School of Business and Public Administration with a concentration in Business Finance.

Carlos Carthen is Vice-President & Senior Compliance Manager at Bank of America Corporate Office in Atlanta Georgia .  Mr. Carthen is responsible for the management, implementation and development of the quarterly Compliance Monitoring and Testing Program for the Asset Management Group. Served as liaison with regulators and internal auditors, coordinating examinations and investigations.  Attended exit discussions and reviewed draft reports and management’s responses prior to issuance and submission for appropriateness of the audit findings and adequacy of responses.  Assisted in the preparation and implementation of audit/regulatory action plans where appropriate.  Served as an ex-officio member of various fiduciary management committees.  Responsible for the classification and tracking of Reg. 9 exceptions via an automated tracking database.  Provided management with continuous independent assessments of risk.  In conjunction with management, participated in the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate policies, procedures and internal controls.  Provided continuous training presentations to the lines of business regarding regulation, policies and procedures.  Participated in the review and evaluation of new products and services to identify potential risk exposure

Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Carthen was Vice-President & Trust Audit Manager for the Bank of Oklahoma Financial Corporation in Tulsa , Oklahoma .  There he was responsible for the development, planning and management of the audit function of trust and investment activities within the bank holding company with fiduciary assets of  $20 billion.

Ray E. Ward is president of EMS Wireless do Brasil Ltd., a subsidiary of EMS Wireless based in Curitiba , Parana , Brazil . EMS Wireless is a division of EMS Technologies, Inc. based in Atlanta .

Named to his current position in September 2000, Ward oversaw the opening of the 20,000-square foot facility in March 2001.
EMS Wireless do Brasil manufactures EMS ’ complete line of panel antennas for sales throughout South America . Through Ward’s efforts with regulatory bodies, EMS now offers the most extensive product line certified in Brazil

Before accepting his
Brazil assignment, Ward was director of Marketing and Business Development for EMS Wireless. Prior to that, he held key manufacturing operations positions, including serving as director of Operations for EMS Wireless from April 1998 to May 1999. He joined EMS Technologies in 1994 as a quality manager.

Prior to
EMS , Ward worked for Scientific-Atlanta, serving first as manager, Manufacturing Quality in the Broadband Systems Group, and later as manager, Test Engineering. 

Ward also held key quality and engineering positions at Unisys in the company’s Custom Systems Division, located in
Pennsylvania , and at RCA Government Communications Systems in New Jersey .

He began his career at Lukens Steel Co. in
Coatesville , Penn. , as an industrial engineer. He later held engineering positions at Exxon Office Systems Co. and at Kulicke and Soffa Industries Inc., both based in Pennsylvania .

Ward earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at
West Point . He has a Master in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania . Ward also served five years in the U.S. Army, completing his service as a captain in 1977. 

He is a member of AMCHAM, the American Chamber of Commerce in
